Afghanistan · Belarus · Cuba · North Korea · Iran · Russia · Sudan · Syria · Ukraine · Venezuela

If you're in one of these, verification can't be completed, which means the card and other verified-account services aren't available to you. We're sorry — this isn't something we can make an exception on.

Additional verification required

Users in China need to provide extra documentation during verification, including proof of residential address. This takes longer than standard verification, and submitting the documents doesn't guarantee approval.
