How do I find my transaction hash (TXID)?

A transaction hash, also known as a TXID, is a unique identifier generated when a crypto transaction is submitted to the blockchain.

To find a TXID in the Sykka app

1. Open the Sykka app, go to Wallet, and select Transactions.
2. Find the relevant crypto deposit or withdrawal record.
3. Open the transaction details.
4. Find Transaction Hash (TXID) and select it to copy the TXID or view the transaction on a blockchain explorer.

Note

A withdrawal transaction that is still being processed may not have a TXID yet.

Rejected or cancelled withdrawals are not submitted to the blockchain and therefore do not have a TXID.
