Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sykka mobile application ("App") or any services provided by Planck Age Solution Limited ("Sykka", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Sykka. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Sykka is not available in jurisdictions where the services would be prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access Sykka services, you must create an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and passkey
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Services

Sykka provides the following services, subject to applicable KYC tier limits:

• Fiat and crypto wallet (USD, USDT, USDC)
• Crypto on-ramp and off-ramp (buy and sell)
• Wire transfer and crypto transfer
• Sykka-to-Sykka instant transfers
• Virtual debit card issuance and management

5. Fees

Sykka charges fees for certain transactions including exchanges, wire transfers, and crypto network transfers. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Sykka for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Circumventing KYC/AML controls or providing false information
• Unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Regulatory Compliance

Sykka operates in compliance with applicable Hong Kong financial regulations including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). We may be required by law to report certain transactions or freeze accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sykka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds due to market fluctuations, network failures, or unauthorised account access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of Sykka after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
